We own two stone finds, as follows:
Stone quarry „Šuplji kamen“ - Špaj, Crvena reka near Bela Palanka
Production is based on the own raw material ground, limestone deposit. Based on laboratory test results obtained by the INSTITUT ZA PUTEVE A.D of Belgrade – Stone and Stone Aggregates Laboratory, the stone was estimated as good technical building stone, and it may be used for:
- Making asphalt mixtures for fabrication of:
- roadway surfacing – asphalt-concrete wearing courses, in hot procedure, on roads with light groups of traffic load (SRPS U.E4.014/1990)
- roadway structures base courses of bituminous materials, in hot procedure, on roads with all groups of traffic loads (SRPS U.E4.021/1986)
- subbase of bitumenous material road structures, in hot procedure (SRPS U.E9.028/1980)
- Cement-concrete mixtures for fabrication of:
- cement-concrete (SRPS B.B2.009/1986)
- bottom layers of cement-concrete roadway slab (SRPS U.E3.020/1987)
- Sub-base for fabrication of:
- mechanically stabilized subbases of roadway structures
- Sub-bases 0/31.5mm and 0/45mm for fabrication of:
- railway structure protective layer, from aggregates of 0/31.5mm and 0/45mm granulation
- Broken stone
- II class for fabrication of railway line ballast bed for train speeds V<160 km/h for passenger transportation and for freight transportation up to V<120 km/h
- As hydrotechnical stone for building river regulation structures in the form of:
- semi-treated stone for consolidated bank slopes lining
- broken stone of different sizes for fabrication of “feet“- foundation and body of regulation structures and other hydrotechnical structures.
- Setting up (masonry) works
- in structural engineering and building design and construction.
Stone quarry „Tijovac“ by the road between Svrljig and Knjaževac
Production is based on the own raw material base, limestone deposit. Based on laboratory tests results obtained by the INSTITUT ZA PUTEVE A.D of Belgrade - Stone and Stone Aggregates Laboratory, the stone was estimated as good technical building stone, and it may be used for:
- Asphalt mixtures making for fabrication of:

- subbase of bitumenous material roadway structures, in hot procedure (SRPS U.E9.028/1980)
- Cement-concrete mixtures for fabrication of:
- cement-concrete (not reinforced and reinforced and prestressed, exposed to erosion and wear (SRPS B.B2.009/1986)
- top layers of cement-concrete roadway slab (SRPS U.E3.020/1987)
- bottom layers of cement-concrete roadway slab (SRPS U.E3.020/1987)
- Sub-base for fabrication of:
- mechanically stabilized subbases of roadway structures from 0/63mm and 0/31mm aggregates granulation
- roadway structures bearing beds from cement stabilized materials and similar hydraulic binder - 0/31,5mm and 0/50mm granulation aggregate
- Sub base 0/31.5mm and 0/45mm for fabrication of:
- railway structure protective layer, from 0/31.5mm and 0/45mm granulation aggregate
- Broken stone
- II class for fabrication of railway line ballast bed for train speeds V<160 km/h for passenger transportation and for freight transportation up to V<120 km/h
- As hydrotechnical stone for building river regulation structures in the form of:
- treated – cut-stone for quays lining and banks consolidation in settled places
- semi-treated stone for consolidated bank slopes lining
- broken stone of different sizes for fabrication of “feet“- foundation and body of regulation structures and other hydrotechnical structures
- Setting up (masonry) works
- in structural engineering and building design and construction.
